BUILD YOUR BOOTY & HAMSTRINGS – Full Gym Workout! Dr

WARM UP:
Cross trianer 10 minutes
Dynamic stretches
Squat lateral band walks, 10 each direction
Plank walks 10 each direction
Bent knee band raise – 20 each leg
Single leg squat – on 1 leg going down, 2 standing up – 10 each leg

WORKOUT:
Hip thrust
Bar only x 10
Add weight 3 x 10
Bar Only Burnout x 20
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

SUPERSET :
x 3 sets, No rest between exercises, four minutes rest between sets
Single leg Romanian deadlifts X 10
Long bounds x 4 static, X 4 continuous

CIRCUIT:
3 sets on x 40s exercise on 20 seconds rest between exercises
2 minutes rest between sets
Plyo Lunges
Wide leg squats with kettle bell
Frog hip thrust

Hamstring curls 2 up 1 down 3 x 10

Static stretching to finish

Workout can be done all together – 60 to 90 minutes
OR split into two days if you are a beginner – going the main weights on one day and the circuit + hamstring curls on another day.
